Yes, we do offer retakes after remediation.

When will I receive my certificate after passing my test and paying?

Yes, many certifications are issued the same day.

How long is my certificate valid?

Validation length depends on the certification.

Are Maricopa Career Institute certifications accepted nationally?

Absolutely. All of our classes and programs are certified by the appropriate certifying body.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. Our course rescheduling fee is 50% of the class cost.

Should I take this certification if I am a medical professional and/or emergency responder?

Absolutely. Our programs are certified by the appropriate certifying body.

Do you offer online only instruction and classes?

All of our classes are in-person at this time.
